• For Job Satisfaction- Staffing is an important source for the employee’s job satisfaction. Because by means of this system jobs are allocated among the personnel according to their ability, talent, aptitude and specializations which give employees more satisfaction regarding their jobs. As a result of that they give their hundred percent efforts behind their jobs
• For maintaining Co-ordination among the Employees- Staffing plays a prominent role in establishing unity and coordination among the employees. Because it assigns their jobs according to their ability, talent, aptitude, and specializations which makes them involved in their tasks and ensure healthy and co-operative relationship among the employees

Visiting the Royal Military College

Last year was the year I visited RMC after a long time. Got to meet old friends that can never be forgotten. All those memories can only smile while thinking about it :(

My best introduction to 2019

So here ill be sharing a few pictures about my how I celebrated my New Year. It was in Seremban this year, Neon 2019. Made many friends, saw unexpected people there. All in all, had a blast.

Touge to Kuala Klawang

It was a breezy weekend, i drove all the way from Melaka to the start point of the drive. Honestly i forgot where it was haha. Then we met up at a petrol station, and the briefing started.
Few minutes later all the cars started rolling out in groups. The end point was amazing. Can’t be described in words. Here are some pictures to show.

Kayaking with 21 Charlie

On a sunny weekday, after class my class and I felt abit productive so we went to try out a new sport, Kayaking. There we created a new type of bond. I didn’t know my classmates were into sports. On our journey, we encountered a crocodile. We stopped by the shore and looked at it. While we were there, the orang kampung gave us some food and drinks while we stared at the crocodile.

Enjoyable Weekend with friends

Yesterday, my friends and I went to “lepak” at a nearby coconut shake stall. It was a great experience. Never have I thought it would be so enjoyable just to sit by the beach with a couple of friends and talk about life. Met a few people along the way, played with small kids, but the most importantly spending time with our friends. Thank you guys 😌

Rotaract Fun

Last month i was invited to join the ALAM's Rotaract Club event somewhere in Port Dickson. Our initial plan was to just go to the beaches and collect rubbish that was scattered all over the place, but we ended up creating a bond like non other. We shared food, helped the families there clean their place, gave some food to the stray cats and dogs.
