A guy that Lit my stay here in ALAM.

His name is Usman
He is short.
He is white(thankfully)
Sometimes friendly, mostly trying to annoy the living soul out of me.
He and his studip jokes can never be separated.
But always caring and will never leave anyone alone once they’re in trouble.
As cringe as this sounds, I’m also cringing writing this post.

And yes, FYI he asked me to do it. I would never.
But yea, thanks buddy 🤙🏻

Enjoyable Weekend with friends

Yesterday, my friends and I went to “lepak” at a nearby coconut shake stall. It was a great experience. Never have I thought it would be so enjoyable just to sit by the beach with a couple of friends and talk about life. Met a few people along the way, played with small kids, but the most importantly spending time with our friends. Thank you guys 😌

Rotaract Fun

Last month i was invited to join the ALAM's Rotaract Club event somewhere in Port Dickson. Our initial plan was to just go to the beaches and collect rubbish that was scattered all over the place, but we ended up creating a bond like non other. We shared food, helped the families there clean their place, gave some food to the stray cats and dogs.

Here are some pictures of us.

My first Go-Kart experience

Last Sunday, 31st March, The Breakfast Club, Malaysia organised their first ever Go-Kart race in Batu 3, Shah Alam. It was a race against time for the 16 extraordinary drivers to win the title "King Of  Track".

There were 3 runs, Practice, Qualifying and finally the race itself. Top 6 drivers of the qualifying run went to the Upper Bracket meanwhile the other 6 went to the lower bracket. I was surprisingly in the Upper bracket. Beginners luck i would say.

Imagine having a chill beer on a blazing hot Sunday while watching everyone sending their Go-Kart's full on while having fun. It was truly a long awaited weekend for me! Met so many new friends from different backgrounds, only with one common ground, driving.

Upper bracket was won by Ram (1st), Bryan (2nd) and Iain (3rd).

Here are some pictures taken from the event. Enjoy!
All the photo credits goes to shotbyykt and a special thanks to the TBC admins for the smooth event.

My first date with you❤️

We keep this love in a photograph
We made these memories for ourselves
Where our eyes are never closing
Hearts are never broken
And time's forever frozen still

From the song I’m going to tell you a story on how I met this beautiful young girl
It is just a short story

First of all her name is Nur Natasha Aina bt Mohd Azzian. She is a Seremban girl. She’s my age
She currently intern at JKR.

She is a sweet and sensitive girl.We met on Twitter where she dm me with a question. Her friend asked whether I’m single or taken because I recently broke up with my fiancée so i was kinda devastated. It’s a long story. Then she was very shy at first because she thought that I’m a different level of a guy because i studied at ALAM.Not exactly. So we get to know each other for quite some time and honestly we have a lot in common.

One fine day we got the opportunity to meet when she came to Melaka with her cousin. So we meet up i drove them like a chauffeur around Melaka. We have a great time seriously. From 12 PM until 12 AM. I don’t know but i get this feeling inside that tells me that this girl is something because when i see her i feel happy and calm. She has a wonderful personality and a great person.Deep down inside i feel love but I don’t want to confess because it’s too early to commit to a relationship.

The mixed feelings inside built up some questions in my mind either she is the right person for me or just another consequence.

Slight touch of photography.

It was here when my friends and i tried to take good pictures with our cars. Our mom's car to be exact. We had a lot of fun doing it while learning new and fun ways to take pictures. Although we're still young and didn't have to money to buy professional camera gears, we still managed to pull it of using our slightly high-end phones.
There are more pictures to come. Stay tuned!

My passion towards cars

What is it about cars?
Why do I spend hours on YouTube watching about other people’s cars?
Why do I have such a connection with these pieces of metal with 4 wheels; enough of a connection that makes me eat, sleep and breathe cars 24/7?
Why am I so infatuated with it?
Why do I spend so much time thinking about something that is just supposed to be a mean of transportation?
In fact about every single weekend that I have is devoted to something car related. Why is it that my car of all things, is my happy place?

Me and a couple of friends went out to sharpen our photography skills.

And it’s not just me, there are a lot of us that look past the typical sports and hobbies to go stand around the parking lot and talk about cars all night. We fast ourselves with instant noodles, just to have that couple more ringgits for our modifications.

A cold night with great friends.

We spend weeks researching parts to find out the best next mod would be or whats the next best tyres to buy or which oil filter is best for my engine. We’re always comparing cars, challenging our cars and doing everything we can just to get that 10th of a second faster on the highway.
What seem so desirable sitting with friends on the cold wet rain on the side of the road, while we work to find out what broke down on our car? Why are we so addicted to this? And why can’t we stop?
Right after my car got dyno-ed. It was a starting point.

You see, to me cars means freedom, that first time when we pass our jpj test, and go out driving alone for the first time it’s the first time i had the opportunity to get into my car and go anywhere. It’s the freedom of traveling places you’ve never been before, or see something you’ve never seen before. The opportunities are endless and it all started with the turn of a key.

Completed an item on my bucket list

Cars are a form of self expression, my car is my identity, it’s who i am. That way, when I modify my car, it’s an extension of my personality.

Collected my friend's car after a marvelous bodywork

There are people who choose muscle cars, stance cars, track cars, autocross, show cars, all different forms of cars and functions to allow people to express their desire differently, what they like, what they think looks good, or drives well. Every modification is an extension of an individuals different desire

Alignment setup after ages.

Theres an unified bond in the car community, a connection car enthusiasts have with each other, it brings people together, people that may not ordinarily be together. It’s a common ground for which we have to connect with and also a building ground for relationships. All of my best friends are because of cars and without that common ground, we wouldn’t have connected so well.

Spent a whole Saturday to complete, it was worth it.

Cars also can give you something to focus on, it’s an escape from the tedious reality that can me so mundane.

Life is not always a bed of roses.

It’s not as simple as “I’m into cars” because that means something completely different to your 6 year old neighbor who still plays Hotwheels, and that’s the beauty of it, there is so many categories you can get into, well, that’s the beauty and the curse because i want to do it all.

Art Of Speed 2018. Everything has a history behide it.

I went gripping the mountains one weekend with a couple of friends.

A friend in need is A friend indeed

Good day and Assalamualaikum

By the grace of All mighty god Allah SWT,I’m blessed with good health so that i can write another entry on my blog. So today i want to share about my class the DNS 21 Alpha.

Although now I’m currently joining as DNS 21 Charlie but the original is 21 is better. The reason why i say so is because we have been through tough times together and too much memories i cherish with them as my comrades and my nakama.

I’m the one and only in my batch who came back from sea and the others who are same as me will return back on june.So there are still a few of us will be at ALAM finishing up our studies and most of them are at sea.Although we've been friend for a year but the bond that we created were irreplacable. The legendary cabin 306 was a hell of a cabin full of joy and laughter.Sweet memories that i will never forget.

We all have our different way of finishing this cadetship programme.I have my own reason for going to sea earlier than them.We still keep in touch as they say true friends are never apart maybe in distance but never in heart.See you when i see you guys.Thank you for reading my entry today. It is a appreciation post to my friends the 21 Alpha.I miss those bloody buggers.True story.Pen off.

That’s all from me.Merçi beacoup

Future's Japan Backpack Trip Planning Part 2

FUTURE'S JAPAN BACKPACK TRIP "PART 2" (ACCOMMODATION AND TRANSPORTATION )

Peace be upon you and welcome to my next blog session. At this moment we are going to continue where we left on our previous future's planning trip. on the last blog we had entered the surfaced ideas of this trip and now slowly we are going to plan this together. The most important things that i need to is to know where to depart from Malaysia and where to arrive in Japan.
Jauh woii nak merantau
(source:google)

For me the easiest destination for flight take off is Kuala Lumpur International Airport as it is near and convenient due to many big air flight company usually depart from there. And the cost that will be charged for my transportation services will be told at the end of this blog(sabar jap eh). I'm planning on  moving along during my trip from another places to another places so that I can see Japan along my Journey to the Destination. I will probably arrive at Osaka to Nagoya to Kyoto and lastly Tokyo.
Jalan2 cari makan
(source:google)
So i had chosen my most convenient place to depart , subsequently to that i can buy my flight ticket. The advice that i had receive from Madam Hanim is that to check on this website ( https://www.skyscanner.com.my/) and it is really helpful and save me a lot of trouble. Thanks Maam Hanim 😃.
boleh tahan murah gak ah
( https://www.skyscanner.com.my/)

RM 1270 is currently on our budget range so we have another +/-  RM 2000 to be spend on accommodation and food. Wow this is very challenging , that's whats make it more exciting.
asal selesa sudah
(https://www.booking.com/)
For this type of accommodation we can get it for RM 70 but we need to go for cheaper cost as we are going to stay at different places. ( noted that it is depends on individual for their own comfortability).

We must plan our budget and expenses really detailed and carefully so that we can enjoy our trip to the maximum :) . Hope this is really helpful and kindly drop of your opinion so i can improve myself.

Hell Camp in ALAM

Here in Akademi Laut Malaysia (ALAM), every batch of cadets and ratings must undergo a weekend of camp to test and strengthen their pysical and mental health. This includes not sleeping for a night, not having phones to communicate, never having our own sweet time to shower and many more.

On the first day, which was a Friday, we had to finish our class hours, we made our move from ALAM to a camp site in Negeri Sembilan which took more then 30min journey. From there they started checking our bags to see if we brought any type of foods, watches, cigarettes or any shape objects that can harm others.

It get’s more interesting by the day, trust me. To know more about this camp please contact Dinesh from 21 Charlie. Thank you
